- Order Details: Order ID (BDI-XXXXXXX), quantity, any private notes you include
- Payment Confirmation: payment method chosen (Bank Transfer, Mix by Yas, Airtel Money), transaction reference number, amount paid, and any screenshot or receipt you upload
- Technical: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referring source and basic interaction data, collected automatically through cookies and Google Analytics
We do not collect your full card number or banking credentials. Payments are made directly through your bank, your mobile-money app or your courier; we only see the reference number you submit as proof.

- Competent authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights
Where any of these partners are based outside Tanzania, your information may be transferred internationally; in such cases we use providers that apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to measure basic traffic:

Never share your full bank PIN, mobile-money PIN, or full card number with us. BEDUI will never ask for these — only the transaction reference number after you have paid.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your order records, payment confirmations and delivery details for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfil and support your order and any warranty claim
- Comply with Tanzanian tax, accounting and record-keeping laws (typically up to seven years)
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
When your information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it by law

Children's Privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it without delay.

Third-Party Links & Social Media
The Site contains links to our profiles on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp. These platforms have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review them before sharing information on those services.
