Welcome to BEDUI Perfume ("BEDUI", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.beduiperfume.shop (the "Site") and the purchase of any product offered by us, in particular the BEDUI NSHWAN Private Edition Eau de Parfum.

By placing an order, submitting a private request, or otherwise using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

About BEDUI

BEDUI is a luxury spiritual fragrance house founded and operating in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, BRELA registered, and producing limited-edition perfumes individually prepared for each client.

Section Two

Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country and the laws of Tanzania.

Section Three

The Product & Limited Edition

BEDUI NSHWAN Private Edition is a 100 ml Eau de Parfum, released as a limited edition of one thousand (1,000) numbered bottles worldwide. Each bottle is prepared individually and presented with an octagonal crystal flacon, luxury gift box, velvet pouch, private card, and gold authenticity seal.

Photographs, fragrance notes, longevity estimates and packaging details on the Site are provided for description only. Minor variations in colour, scent intensity and packaging are inherent to a hand-prepared luxury product and do not constitute a defect.

Section Four

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and assign your unique Order ID (BDI-XXXXXXX).

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing, or unavailability of stock.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

Section Five

Pricing

The price of BEDUI NSHWAN Private Edition is TSh 500,000 per 100 ml bottle, inclusive of the gift box, velvet pouch, private card and gold seal. International orders may be quoted in equivalent currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of confirmation.

Delivery fees, customs duties, import taxes and any local charges applicable in the destination country are not included in the displayed price and remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise expressly stated.

Section Six

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer — to the BEDUI account details disclosed at checkout
• Mix by Yas (Tigo Pesa) — mobile money
• Airtel Money — mobile money

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. You must submit valid payment proof (transaction ID and, where requested, a screenshot or receipt) through the Payment Confirmation form on the Site. Any payment made to an account or number not officially listed by BEDUI is at your own risk and is not our responsibility.

Section Seven

Delivery

BEDUI delivers worldwide. Indicative timeframes from payment confirmation:

• Within Tanzania: 7 days via private courier
• International: 14 days via private express courier

Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier networks, customs clearance, force majeure, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the client are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at that address.

Section Eight

Returns & Refunds

If your bottle arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, you must contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery at sales@beduiperfume.shop or via WhatsApp on +255 686 600 558, providing:

• Your Order ID (BDI-XXXXXXX)
• Clear photographs of the bottle, the box and the outer parcel as received
• A brief description of the defect

Where the defect is confirmed by our team, we will, at our option and at no additional cost to you, either replace the bottle from remaining edition stock or refund the purchase price by the original method of payment. We do not refund delivery fees, customs duties, or charges that have already been paid to third parties on your behalf.

Bottles that have been opened, used, sprayed, or where the gold authenticity seal has been broken (other than to evidence the defect) are not eligible for refund unless the defect is intrinsic to the product.

Section Nine

Authenticity

Every BEDUI NSHWAN bottle is sealed with a gold authenticity seal and accompanied by a private card bearing your Order ID. Only bottles purchased through this Site, our official WhatsApp line, or an officially authorised representative are guaranteed authentic.

BEDUI accepts no responsibility for bottles purchased through unauthorised resellers, online marketplaces, or any channel not listed by us, and such bottles are excluded from these Terms.

Section Ten

Intellectual Property

The name BEDUI, the BEDUI logo, the name NSHWAN, the Arabic calligraphy نشوان, all artwork, photography, packaging design, fragrance composition, website content and source code are the exclusive property of BEDUI Perfume and are protected under the intellectual property laws of Tanzania and applicable international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from any element of the Site or the product packaging without our prior written consent.

Section Eleven

Privacy

Personal information you provide when placing an order — including name, contact details, delivery address and payment proof — is collected and processed solely to fulfil your order, verify your payment, and provide after-sales support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties other than our trusted couriers and payment partners where strictly necessary for delivery and verification.

Section Twelve

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEDUI's total liability arising from or in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, allergic reactions arising from individual sensitivities, or any damage resulting from misuse of the product.

The fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if necessary.

Section Thirteen

Force Majeure

BEDUI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, courier or postal disruption, internet outages, or banking and mobile-money network failures.

Section Fourteen

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective at the date of your order is the version that governs that order. The current version is always available at www.beduiperfume.shop/terms.html.

Section Fifteen

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from any order placed with BEDUI, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
